I have loved and cared for animals all my life and would welcome the opportunity to give love and attention to your fur baby or babies! I am passionate about all animals but most especially dogs. I have a fenced yard, they’re allowed on my furniture and to sleep on my bed. I’m in a quiet residential neighborhood near the river and nature area we walk to. I only take a max of two dogs in addition to my own 13 year old Shih Tzu. He is very patient and accepting of all the dogs who come to visit. I’m retired so the dogs have near constant supervision and I monitor their behavior with each other. I have a separate quiet area if I think someone needs their space. If you choose me we’ll set up a meet and greet first to make sure it’s a good fit for all. Thank you for your consideration!

Kris was wonderful! She really gave her full attention and love to my pups! If I was not moving away to be closer to my job assignment, I would have kept her as my pet sitter. I highly recommend Kris! :)

Kristine checked in on our two cats while we were on vacation and she was fantastic! When our naughty girl cat decided to hide she didn’t rest until she was found LOL. Great pics and updates with each visit. We will definitely be asking her again!

Schedule
I tend to schedule my routine around my own pets’ needs and daily care. When I’ve committed to caring for someone else’s pet, whether drop-ins or in my home, my personal schedule gets altered so I can focus on their care.

Caring for pets is personalized to meet their individual needs based on clients’ instructions. There is a lot of intuitive care as well, recognizing changes in behavior or signs a pet needs something additional, to go out again, more affection or reassurance. I also make sure things are neat and tidy in a client’s home, sweeping cat litter for instance.
A typical day
I bring my own playfulness and affection and ask that pet parents to bring their dog’s toys. They explore and run around my fenced yard and there’s a river/nature area nearby we take walks to.
