Pet care experience
I've always lived with and loved animals. I am a co-parent of two cats, have been a regular sitter for many friends' cats & dogs over the last 10 years, and have completed four pet sits this year through another app. I also have experience looking after chickens, ducks, pigs, hamsters, rats, rabbits, and fish! I take my commitments and responsibilities seriously, and I know how much trust is involved with relying on someone else to look after your home and beloved pets. Getting to connect with pets adds so much joy to my life, and I'm passionate about giving animals the care they deserve! I am very attentive & gentle with animals, and am happy to share photos and updates of your pets while they are in my care! I'm relatively new to this site, so my references are still coming in - happy to connect you directly with a reference, or do a phone call / video chat before arranging anything.

Kris sent photo updates and was totally self sufficient. My cat Moonstone thoroughly enjoyed their company and really missed Kris after their departure! Would love to have them back. We are so happy we connected with Kris. We were new to the site, and this was our first time selecting and booking a sitter online. We were lucky enough to meet Kris in person in advance of the sit for her to meet our dog Jodie, and walk through the house and immediate neighborhood. We really appreciate her willingness to do this is person. While we were away we texted with Kris and received updates and pictures of Jodie. It was obvious that Jodie and Kris became fast friends and we were completely at ease during our getaway knowing that Jodie was being well cared for, and spoiled in her own home. We hope we are able to book Kris again soon.
Kris was so easy to work with and our two big dogs did great with them! They communicated clearly, arrived right on time, documented responsibilities well, and kept us in the loop as they had questions throughout their stay. Would definitely book them again or recommend to others!
I have had the honor of knowing Kris for over 14 years as a friend, former partner, creative collaborator, and now deeply loved individual whom I consider family for life. We continue to share pets in the two cats Wizard & Wender we've been raising now for over 5 years. Kris has always had a deep love for animals and is a very responsible house guest and caretaker, having traveled abroad for many of the years I have known them, house sitting and making friends in like-minded dreamers, creatives, and all the animals they have met along the way.
