Our combined schedules allow for plenty of dog cuddles and long, rambling walks. As a teacher I have lots of availability in peak holiday times and with my partner working from home we can offer you great flexibility all year round.

We have a fenced garden and live in a small hamlet that has many walks across the expansive, Devon rolling hills. For friendly, sociable dogs there are several local dogs that would happily say hello on daily walks and for those that like their own space we have miles of countryside in which we can walk and play undisturbed.

Do let us know your usual routine so we ensure your pet feels at home. We all have our idiosyncrasies so do tell share with us what winds your pet up as well as how they like to wind down. We also request that you let us know whether your dog is sheep trained or not as we live in a rural area with lots of livestock nearby.

With one of us always at home we can offer your precious pooch our undivided attention. We listen to you to know what difference really makes the difference. Whether it’s a favourite scratch or an early morning walk we’re more than happy to keep your routines so your pets stay with us feels home from home.

Pet care experience
We have taken care of dogs since childhood, most recently supporting the training of a Sprocker puppy. We pride ourselves on being exceptional walkers and can provide your dog with long walks in the scenic Devon countryside.

Monty had a great time while Kristina was looking after him. She sent us photos of them visiting loads of different places and in each picture he was clearly enjoying himself. When we went to pick him up he was very pleased to see us but wasn't too keen on coming home! We will definitely use Kristina again.

We are so, so, so lucky, and so grateful to have found Kristina and Sam. First and foremost, they are incredibly kind and accommodating. They took the time to get to know Heidi, asked all of the right questions, and even welcomed us into their home so that Heidi could get a feel of the environment before her stay. Heidi is usually very anxious when we go away, but from the moment she met Kristina and Sam, she was so relaxed around them. And we were genuinely (pleasantly) surprised when they told us how chill and happy she was - even on her first night, which is usually the worst. They sent us regular updates and photos, and we were truly able to relax on our holiday. It was so nice knowing Heidi was in good hands and being taken such good care of. They took everything we said on board and created a home away from home for Heidi. And it was clear to us when we returned that Heidi had had a wonderful time and has made two new best friends. She looked so happy, calm, and healthy when we picked her up - we truly can’t praise Kristina and Sam enough. It can be such a worry leaving our little sausage with people, but this time was so different and we had such a positive experience - we’d give ten stars if we could! THANK YOU both. Heidi will absolutely be back and we can’t wait to see you again ❤️
