Pet care experience
An animal lover since birth, I have spent my life dedicated to animal welfare. I have volunteered at animal shelters, participated in fostering dogs as part of a rescue group, and follow a plant-based and cruelty-free lifestyle. I have puppy sat breeds ranging from shih tzu, chihuahua, beagle, American eskimo, Labrador, pit bull, boxer, Australian cattle dog, Great Dane... and the list goes on! Additionally, I have cared for/fostered/rescued cats, wildlife and farm animals. I have been a Park Ranger for 10 years, specifically studying wildlife. I am currently a resident of Oak Hill, WV where I work as a Park Ranger and live with my furry children-two pit bull mixes-Harper and James. I often walk, pet sit, feed and just generally check up on my neighbors, relatives and friends pets-And OF COURSE have puppy playdates 🐶I previously worked for Wag in the fast paced city of Denver, Colorado and loved every moment of it! I look forward to meeting your fur babies!

Information Kristina T. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your pets have any special needs or medical issues beforehand! Additionally, I would like to know their typical behaviors and temperament (ie aggression towards other dogs or humans, leash pulling, slipping out of collar etc). I have extensive experience with reactive pets and realize your pet need to meet me before we begin our Rover relationship. If this is the case, please inform me so we can set-up a consultation before my first solo interaction with your pet!
A typical day
We will go on multiple walks, play fetch or tug of war & of course snuggles. If your pup enjoys hiking or swimming we can arrange an excursion! If a dog park is your dogs scene, that can be arranged as well!

Availability
I am a seasonal Park Ranger-as a result, I enjoy pet sitting, dog walking and house sitting during my offseason! I typically have between 5-6 months off between seasons, so my schedule is very flexible!
