Pet care experience
I grew up spending summers on my grandparents' farm, raised our dog Julie, a black Cocker Spaniel, for 16 years, our cat Marcus, an orange tabby, for 12 years, and now our home is filled with cat cuddles from our black Bombay cat Murphy. In the past, I volunteered at Kingston and Burlington Humane Societies caring for dogs and cats in the shelter as a shelter supervisor as well as fostered pets from my home. I also worked at Escarpment Pet Retreat in Burlington, a boarding kennel for dogs and cats, and I occasionally house and pet sit or provide home visits for friends and family. Our dog Julie and I attended a training boot camp for 6 months.

Kristina was simply fabulous. She looked after our home and our kitties as if they were her own. She sent regular updates and I. Ould tell tell that our kitties just loved her. She is reliable, very kind and caring and we will definitely be asking her to housesit for us in the future.
Kristina was great with Candy! She was patient and very sweet. She provided daily updates with pictures and was very communicative. Her loves of cats is clearly evident.
Kristina was so kind during our meet and greet and I knew my fur baby would be in good hands with her. I loved getting the updates and photos. I would highly recommend booking Kristina to look after your fur baby :)
Kristina was very professional and a pleasure to work with. She was very thorough with our cat’s care instructions and provided daily updates and pictures. While we were a bit nervous having someone stay in our house while away, it worked out great and our pet was happy. Overall a great decision. We would not hesitate to use her again or recommend to our friends!
