I'm Kristina, owner of Woven by KLyN LLC, a registered New Jersey pet care business I've run since 2014. I've had a love of animals since I was a little girl — growing up with dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, and every kind of small fuzzy critter in between. I apprenticed on a cattle farm in Stockton, NJ, working hands-on with cows, chickens, sheep, and rabbits; volunteered at animal rescues caring for stray and injured animals; and worked in veterinary hospitals. All told, that's 25 years of hands-on animal care experience. I'm independently bonded and insured, First Aid/CPR certified, and registered with the Pet Sitters Association, the Pet Professional Guild, and the IAABC (International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants) — that last one reflects real, ongoing interest in animal behavior, which is part of why I take the time to get to know every pet before a booking rather than accepting anyone who applies. Today I live on a small farm in Whitehouse Station, NJ with my own 2 dogs, 4 cats, and a flock of chickens, where I offer in-home boarding, drop-in visits, dog walking, and doggy day care — all run personally by me, not a rotating pool of sitters. As a bonded and insured, independently registered LLC, I carry my own coverage in addition to anything Rover provides — happy to answer any questions about that at your meet-and-greet.

I can’t say enough good things about Kristina! This was our first time having a sitter for our pup and we were a bit nervous. However, from the moment we met, I felt completely at ease leaving our dog in her care. She were attentive, communicative, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. I received regular updates, photos, and little notes that showed how well our pup was being cared for. When I came home, our pup was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. It’s such a relief to know I have someone I can trust completely. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Kristina again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, kind, and professional sitter.
Kristina has been there for me and my pup a few times now and has been awesome. Completely reliable and a true dog lover. Goes above and beyond bringing in packages and letting me know when my fish tank alarm started beeping. I have had to be away from home a lot recently and it’s been easier to do knowing Kristina was looking after my dog.
Great job taking care of Daisy. She even brought in a package that had been delivered so it didn't get soaked when it rained. Loved the pictures she took and notifying me when she arrived and when she finished. Will definitely be using her in the future.

Programa
I do drop-in visits as early as 9am and as late as 6pm, coordinated around my kids' school schedule. Depending on location, I can do up to 3 visits a day.

Most boarding guests stay in a private one-bedroom apartment on my property — their own separate space with their own crate, bed, and toys — so they get plenty of exercise, stimulation, and quiet without having to adjust to my own household. For pets who get along well with my resident dogs, staying in the main house is sometimes an option instead, though bedrooms are always off-limits, so guests are comfortable sleeping alone in their own space at night. I also have young children in the home and other resident pets (2 dogs, 5 cats, and fowl livestock), all of which I'm happy to talk through at your meet-and-greet to make sure it's the right fit.

As much time as they'd like! I've found that many pets enjoy having company beyond just playtime, feeding, and walking — so I make a point of just being present with them, not only handling the basics.

- I love all breeds, but I do have a soft spot for larger dogs. I like to meet every pet before a booking so they have a chance to get comfortable with me — some pets take a little extra time to trust someone new, and that's completely fine.
