Hi there, my name is Kristina and I’ve just recently moved to the Winchester area! Caring for animals has always been one of the greatest joys in my life. With years of experience, looking after pets of all ages, personalities and needs I’ve built a reputation for being reliable, attentive and genuinely invested in each animals wellbeing. One of the biggest advantages of working with me is that I work from home full-time, this means that your pets will never be left unattended and I am able to give them consistent attention to ensure they feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. When your pet is with me, they’re treated like family whether it’s daily walks, playtime medication reminders or just offering affection and companionship, I make sure every animal feels loved and understood. I look forward to giving your pets the dependable, worry free care they deserve.

When my mom fell and broke her hip, I had to leave town the same day to be with her at the hospital. Kristina responded right away and agreed to take care of my 85 pound AmStaff, Archie. I really liked getting all the progress updates from her. I felt like Archie was just out on a play date for the week. When I picked him up, he’d made a new friend with her dog Gorgy. Maybe best of all, the individual care and attention Kristina showed Archie - like he was one of her pack made me realize that I was overpaying at those pricy established boarding kennels where Archie was just a number.
I was so excited to hear that Kristina decided to join Rover! She and Alex have cared for my 2 chihuahuas off and on when I have had to leave town on business or vacation. Their own dog, Gorgi, is such a gentle soul with both of my two little ones. It is such a relief to know that my dogs are staying in such a loving home while I am away. I love getting short video or picture updates and seeing how happy they are even if I'm not with them. Kristina takes such great care of them! She is definitely my #1 pick for dogsitting my fur babies!

Schedule
I currently work from home Monday through Friday. I have the ability to visit your home and ensure your pets are doing well and to provide them any enrichment they may need whether it be walks or play.

Safety, trust & environment
I currently live in townhouse with my husband and our dog, named Gorgi (Gorgonzola), we go on frequent walks in the morning afternoon and evening. We keep a clean home and have a basement that lets out into a small backyard. I have one X-Large kennel if your pup prefers to sleep in one as well as a puppy pad corner for those late night bathroom breaks. I would be happy to provide a tour our home upon request.
Pets
A typical day
I wake up around 6:30 am Monday-Friday, 8am Saturday-Sunday and take a quick 20 minute walk before coming home for coffee and feed my dog. I have plenty of time for play or try out puzzle sniff mats before logging on for my remote job at 9am. At around 11 am I take another walk for about 30 minutes. By 4pm my husband is home and can provide another walk. Gorgi LOOOOVES walks and refuses to use the bathroom in the backyard so they are a must.
