Hi! I am a caring, dog-lover offering safe, dependable pet care in a warm family home. My home is ideal for friendly dogs who enjoy companionship, outdoor time, and lots of attention. I have two respectful children (ages 7 & 8) who have grown up around animals and understand how to be calm and gentle with dogs. Because of this, I only accept dogs that are child-friendly and comfortable in a family environment. Kristina and her family were amazing with our golden retriever. We left Ellie with them for 3 nights and she sent several photos and updates throughout her stay. Ellie was all smiles and was treated like their own. I would highly recommend Kristina to anyone needing over night care for their pup.

Kristina was fantastic with Rocco. Lots of walks and attention, which is appreciated as he’s a senior dog and needs the extra. Great communication and pics are always nice. Will definitely re book the next time the need arises.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which allows me to provide care before and after work, as well as on weekends. In the mornings, I’m available for walks, feeding, and check-ins to help pets start their day with exercise and attention. After work, I’m home and available again for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and spending quality time with pets. Evenings are relaxed and family-focused, which works well for dogs staying in our home - they receive attention, companionship, and a calm environment. Weekends are very flexible, allowing for additional walks, playtime, and consistent care. Overall, my schedule allows me to provide reliable, consistent care and ensure pets are well looked after throughout the day.

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priorities. My home is clean, pet-friendly, and set up to provide a safe and welcoming environment for dogs. I have secure outdoor space and a private dog run for supervised play and exercise. Inside, dogs have a calm, comfortable area to relax and feel at home. Pets are never left unattended outdoors, and I always prioritize safe interactions. I am a dog-loving person and I take the responsibility of caring for someone’s pet very seriously. I follow each dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, and any specific instructions you provide. I also have two respectful children (ages 6 & 8) who are gentle and experienced with dogs. For everyone’s safety, I only accept dogs that are friendly with children and comfortable in a family environment. I focus on building trust with both pets and their owners through clear communication, consistency, and lots of care and attention.
A typical day
A typical day in our home includes plenty of cuddles, outdoor time, and regular walks. Dogs start their day with a morning potty break and walk, followed by breakfast and some relaxed time indoors. Throughout the day, I provide supervised outdoor time in my secure yard and dog run, giving them space to play, explore, and get fresh air. After work, I focus on walks, playtime, and attention, along with evening feeding if needed. Evenings are calm and family-oriented, with lots of cuddles and companionship so your dog feels comfortable and at home. I aim to keep a good balance of activity, routine, and rest to match each dog’s needs and energy level.

- Before caring for a pet, I like to understand their routine, personality, and any specific needs so I can provide the best possible care. Helpful information includes: • Feeding schedule and portion sizes • Exercise needs and energy level • Temperament (with people, children, and other dogs) • Any medical needs or medications • Bathroom routine and house training • Sleep habits and comfort preferences • Emergency contact and vet information I also have experience caring for dogs with additional needs. My own pets were part of my family for over a decade and have since crossed the rainbow bridge. During that time, I managed insulin injections for diabetes and provided post-operative care after CCL surgeries. And vision loss too! This experience has made me very attentive, patient, and comfortable following detailed care instructions. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every dog as if they were my own.
