Low-key, loving environment
I've been working with dogs, in some capacity, for over 40 years. Whether training, showing or just cuddling, I strive to understand the personality and needs of each individual dog. I've shared my life with several different breeds throughout those years, from a tiny Yorkshire Terrier to a large Anatolian Shepherd. I worked at two different boarding kennels, a pet shop, a veterinarian's office and as a dog trainer. I plan on using the knowledge and skills that I've gathered to provide a relaxed, safe environment that provides comfort and companionship for your dog. I have a nice, fenced backyard for some fresh air and exercise but would prefer that the dogs stay mostly indoors. I hope to make your dog feel right at home.

We have used Kristina four times now for dog sitting our elderly pug, Jack. The last visit was an extended stay. We LOVE Kristina. We had complex feeding and care instructions, due to his age and medical conditions. Kristina had no problems with them. Jack adored her and was calm and happy when we came home the last time. We loved the pictures she sent us, especially the one where Jack cuddled up to her fuzzy slippers. We cannot give Kristina enough stars.
Kristina took great care of our two dogs - they can be pretty rambunctious, but they were calm and collected when we picked them up after a week away from home. We were so thankful that Kristina was able to take them over the holidays!
Kristina was so compassionate as this was our first time leaving our puppy. I will confidently board him with her again.
Kristina is warm and classy. I feel very fortunate that she likes my dog and my dog likes her! I recommend her for many reasons including her gentle personality and clean home. She is at ease with multiple dogs and treats them very kindly.
Kristina is wonderful and caring. She takes care of my pups as if they were her own. I have no problem dropping them off as I know they will be in great hands. I am a return customer and trust Kristina completely. I am grateful that she and her family opened their hearts and home to the boys. A good dogsitter is invaluable!

I'm retired, home most of the day. I love spending time with the dogs. Cuddling, walking, playing or just hanging out. I'm able to provide the dogs with a good routine.

Safety, trust & environment
I like to provide the dogs with a routine. I want them to feel calm and confident. I have a fenced yard but prefer not to leave the dogs outside alone for very long. I like to sit outside while they explore. Indoors the dogs usually follow me around and make themselves right at home.
A typical day
There is a park right next to my house which is perfect for quick walks. There is also access to a great path just across the street that ends up at another park which is bigger.
