Kristina did a wonderful jobs with our girls Sally Jo and Calamity Jane. I think our girls enjoyed spending some time with Kristina's god Joy. Kristina played with our girls and gave Calamity Jane a nail spa day. Thank You so much, we really appreciated your help

Initially, upon meeting Kristina, she was welcoming, friendly, and kind. This review is not written to be mean or degrading, but to honestly reflect my personal experience. I have used Rover consistently for over a year and have had positive experiences with sitters. Due to the holiday and short-notice booking, I booked with Kristina instead of our usual sitter. Kristina did offer a meet and greet, which I was unable to attend due to scheduling. I take responsibility for that and have learned not to skip this step again. Upon arrival at her home, I noticed there were numerous animals on the property, including cats and other livestock. This was not something I was aware of prior to booking. During my dog’s stay, communication was extremely limited. I had to initiate every check-in. Although I requested photos and videos throughout his stay, I only received photos on the first day and none afterward despite multiple assurances they would be sent. In one photo, the outdoor play area appeared to be covered in piles of dog waste, which was concerning. I was informed that another dog chewed through my dog’s harness and was told it would be replaced. This did not happen. When I picked my dog up, he was wearing a makeshift harness covered in cat fur, despite me disclosing a cat allergy. When I arrived for pickup, my dog had been left alone on the front porch because kristina stated she was called into work last minute. My dog was extremely dirty, visibly stressed, and confused. There was no in-person handoff. Throughout our communication, concerns were met defensively, and blame was placed on my dog rather than accountability being taken. Additionally, my dog returned home with leftover food, despite me measuring and packing the exact amount for his stay. Upon returning home, he consumed his food and water immediately, which is not typical for him and raised concerns that he may not have been fed consistently. As a result of this stay, I have had to schedule both a grooming appointment and a veterinary visit. This experience was extremely distressing and not what I expected from a five-star sitter. I am sharing this so other pet owners can make informed decisions.

So after late plans for Thanksgiving resulted in no availability for our doggy, I was in need of a place to board her. I reached out through Rover to find someone. We had actually heard about Kristina so it seemed like it would be a good match, especially after seeing all the great reviews. She suggested that we bring our Great Pyranees, Aspen, out to meet and immediately I knew this would be a great comfortable place for Aspen. Then we had a family emergency the day before we were to leave that required a change of plans for our other dog, Bailey. I needed a place to board her for the week and reached out to Kristina and she was totally cool with being able to take Bailey on short notice. Kristina took great care of our doggies and I know that the dogs had blast hanging out with the other dogs there. It's more than a kennel, it's a good home for dogs to hang out with other dogs. I promise you that your dog will be loved and that they will get lots of play time with other dogs. Choose Kristina and look forward to regular texts and videos showing how well they are doing.

First time I ever boarded my pup. It was a great experience. Kristina was excellent. She showed much kindness and concern of whatever Quigley may need. I really appreciated the "meet n greet" beforehand. She kept me appraised of his stay while I was gone. Upon returning Quigley showed all the signs of being well cared for and loved. He absolutely came back home "dog gone tired". I will definitely be using her service again. Highly recommend.

Kristina was SUPER nice and sweet! She did amazing with our dog Ranger and sent us as many updates on him through the few days that he stayed with her. She was prompt and understood my need for reassurance as this was a first for me. Ranger had a GREAT time and made some new friends. When we got home he was pooped and ready for bed. We will definitely be coming back to her anytime we are in need of a sitter. Thank you soooo much Kristina for taking care of my baby!
