I am an animal lover at heart. I grew up around dogs my entire childhood, and even to this day I have my wonderful childhood dog with me, I grew up with a cat who I loved dearly for many years, and I grew up with many exotic animals over the years. Although my childhood dog is a senior now, living out his best retirement life, I love to take care of him and do everything I can so that he is comfortable. I also have my younger puppy, whom I trained on my own, took care of on my own, and helped him become the best young gentleman out there. Not only do I have my experiences with my own dogs, but I have a lot of experience with exotic animals as well. I grew up around many animals besides dogs and cats as I have taken care of or even have raised my own chickens, snakes, rats, mice, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, frogs, birds, and many more. All you need to do is let me know what animal and what they are needing and I can discuss pricing with you as I always believe that no matter the animal, they are just as special, and need just as much love and attention. I also volunteered at a shelter for over a year, getting to meet some amazing, wonderful, and sweet loving dogs and cats, which just grew my love for animals more. I have taken care of young and crazy puppies, cats and dogs of different temperaments, all the way to the old and wonderful seniors, and even the beautiful reptiles and other animals of my clients. I am truly open to taking care of any animal at any age. I have always loved taking care of animals and being there for other people's animals. To me it doesn't matter how small or how big; as an animal owner myself, I know that our love for them is not insignificant and they are so important to our lives. I also know a part of the reason I do this job is because I know it can be scary leaving your animal with someone you don't know. Even with meet and greets, seeing my photos, and reading my messages, it can still be stressful and worrying. These animals mean so much to you, and you would never want to put them in harm's way, so of course it's scary to put your complete trust in someone that they will take care of your animal with the same love and care that you would. That's why I continue to do this job, because I want to be able to be that person that you can trust to give your beloved pet the best care while you are away. I want to be able to ease your mind so that you know that you can rely on me to make sure your pet is getting the best care. So whether you are looking for services for a dog or cat, or maybe you are looking for exotic animal pet care, I am open to any and all of it, please just reach out! I know from experience that every owner loves their animals in their own ways. Some pets and their owners are very relaxed, not having much of a routine, 'going with the flow,' if you will; I also know many people like their pets on a routine that they follow every day, and no matter what side you are on, even if it's right in the middle, I am always open to taking care of your animal as you see fit. It is never my intention to come in and ruin your way of taking care of your animals and cause you or your animal stress. This is an experience I want to have not only be comfortable for your animal but for you as well. That way you can trust me in taking care of your animal in the ways you need me to so that your animal feels just as loved and cared for while they are waiting for your return. I am always open for discussion no matter the service that I am providing for you. I will always ask detailed questions and make sure we are completely on the same page about what you are expecting and needing of me so that I can make sure that you don't have to worry. I am also always ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have as soon as possible; I never want you to feel like you can't reach out to me if you need something. I also always like to make sure I write detailed notes for you so that you know everything that I did and how it went, along with photos of your lovely animal if you are wanting them.

Kristina was absolutely wonderful! I needed someone for drop-in visits for my two dogs on very short notice, and she was incredibly flexible and accommodating from the beginning. It was important to me that she and my dogs were comfortable with each other before I booked, and she worked with me to make a meet-and-greet happen even though I wasn’t able to be there. I just returned home, and everything is in order and, most importantly, my dogs are happy and healthy. Kristina truly made the entire process easy and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciate her communication, flexibility, and willingness to work with my last-minute situation. I’m very grateful for the care she gave my dogs and would absolutely recommend her and book with her again!

Cats were fed. Litter box was full and the box of litter next to the litter box had never been opened. Instructions on wet and dry cat food not followed. Cat vomit on bed and floor. Had informed sitter to watch for that and please clean. Willing to pay extra to water my plants. Came back... plants dead. No tip. Will not use again.

Schedule
I have been doing Rover full-time for the past year! So essentially, as long as I don't have any clients or other appointments, I am completely open! I am completely open to very early mornings all the way to later nights, whatever your animal needs!

- Some things I would like to know of ahead of time would be age, temperament, and what they will need from me. I am always open to working with very young or very old, and I am also usually very open to working with different temperaments as long as I know I am not going to be in serious danger. These things can be discussed between me and you when going over the planned appointment! I will always try to accommodate you and your animal the best I can, and will always ask any questions I need ahead of time that way we are both on the same page and I can be completely aware of what I need to be prepared for!
