I am an animal lover at heart. I grew up around dogs my entire childhood, and even to this day I have my wonderful childhood dog with me, I grew up with a cat who I loved dearly for many years, and I grew up with many exotic animals over the years. Although my childhood dog is a senior now, living out his best retirement life, I love to take care of him and do everything I can so that he is comfortable. I also have my younger puppy, whom I trained on my own, took care of on my own, and helped him become the best young gentleman out there. Not only do I have my experiences with my own dogs, but I have a lot of experience with exotic animals as well. I grew up around many animals besides dogs and cats as I have taken care of or even have raised my own chickens, snakes, rats, mice, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, frogs, birds, and many more. All you need to do is let me know what animal and what they are needing and I can discuss pricing with you as I always believe that no matter the animal, they are just as special, and need just as much love and attention. I also volunteered at a shelter for over a year, getting to meet some amazing, wonderful, and sweet loving dogs and cats, which just grew my love for animals more. I have taken care of young and crazy puppies, cats and dogs of different temperaments, all the way to the old and wonderful seniors, and even the beautiful reptiles and other animals of my clients. I am truly open to taking care of any animal at any age. I have always loved taking care of animals and being there for other people's animals. To me it doesn't matter how small or how big; as an animal owner myself, I know that our love for them is not insignificant and they are so important to our lives. I also know a part of the reason I do this job is because I know it can be scary leaving your animal with someone you don't know. Even with meet and greets, seeing my photos, and reading my messages, it can still be stressful and worrying. These animals mean so much to you, and you would never want to put them in harm's way, so of course it's scary to put your complete trust in someone that they will take care of your animal with the same love and care that you would. That's why I continue to do this job, because I want to be able to be that person that you can trust to give your beloved pet the best care while you are away. I want to be able to ease your mind so that you know that you can rely on me to make sure your pet is getting the best care.
