Interesting quirks or preferences can also be helpful, for example, my cat must watch me refill his water bowl before he will drink from it, and my bearded dragon will attempt to fly off of any and all heights. Knowing this information can help my cat stay hydrated and my lizard stay safe.

I have had animals throughout my life, including dogs and cats.. I attended a Veterinary Science high school and went to college to become a Vet Tech. Unfortunately, my heart could not handle the number of euthanasias, so I chose a different career. I have cared for animals throughout their life spans and have a special place in my heart for senior pets (my last two cats were seniors when I adopted them).
