Amazing as always

Kristin took incredible care of my 2 pups while we were away. She is excellent with her communication and she sends updates and pictures on how they are doing. I could see by the pictures how much attention and loving they were getting. I can’t thank Kristin enough for taking such good care of our pups. We will definitely use her again and I would absolutely recommend her to others. Thank you Kristin!

Upon my initial arrival, a wave of extreme nervousness washed over me as I prepared to leave my beloved dog, Milo, in someone else's care. However, my anxiety swiftly dissipated the moment I met Kristin. She exuded a calming presence, characterized by her gentle demeanor and soft-spoken nature. It was immediately apparent to me that Milowas going to be in excellent hands. Throughout the weekend, Kristin went above and beyond to reassure me; she sent me several delightful videos of Milo engaging in various activities, which not only showcased her commitment but also alleviated my concerns. Our communication was fluid and efficient, with Kristin promptly responding to my texts each time I reached out. This immediate feedback and transparency were incredibly reassuring, emphasizing her dedication to her role as a dog sitter. Kristen's warmth and professionalism truly stood out, making the entire experience positive and stress-free. She consistently showed characteristics that go beyond what one might expect from a dog sitter; her approach felt more like that of a loving caretaker. Without a doubt, I would rate her more than five stars for her exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter. Her ability to connect with both pets and their owners is remarkable, and I have no doubt that any pet in her care will thrive just as Myla did.

I enthusiastically recommend Kristin! She was a perfect fit for our dog's 2 night stay! Our dog immediately took to her. Upon meeting Kristin, I also quickly felt comfortable with the idea of her family watching our dog, so much so that I asked to lengthen the boarding duration. She was very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times, and incredibly communicative during our dog's stay, sending fun updates, pictures, and videos. Thank you again, Kristin!

This was my first time using the Rover app, and I was quite nervous leaving my separation anxiety riddled dog with someone new. I am so happy to have found Kristin. She was great with keeping me informed of how Raven was doing, quick with communication, and was flexible with me adding another day onto the previously scheduled days we had booked.
