I've shared my life with dogs, cats, horses, goats and chickens and have years of hands-on experience caring for animals with all kinds of personalities and needs. I'm comfortable with positive-reinforcement training and reading body-language cues that can tell you when an animal is happy, anxious, uncomfortable or just needs a little space. My own animals have established care at home, so when I'm house sitting, your pets and their routine have my full attention. I work primarily remotely and make my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility to spend time with them. And you're trusting me with more than your pets—you're trusting me with your home. I'm familiar with basic household systems and emergency shutoffs and know how to calmly handle the unexpected.
