My motto is: "I wouldn't trust my pet with just anyone, why should YOU?! I TREAT EVERY PET AS IF IT WERE MY OWN!" I'm a pet care specialist with 40+ years experience. One of my first jobs was as a Veterinary Assistant. Since that time I've worked at various animal hospitals, kennels, grooming salons & dog walking/pet sitting companies. Over the past the 40 years, I've worked in nearly every aspect of the pet care field. In 1994 I started my own pet care service in Chicago, offering petsitting/feedings/dog walking for clients who were stuck at work or going on vacation. After relocating in 2008, I began offering my services in the northwestern suburban area & added in-home basic grooming such as nail trims, ear cleaning, etc.

Kristin is the best! She was so affection & friendly when she met my dog and he instantly fell in love with her despite the anxiety of just moving from Chicago to the suburbs. I was looking someone to walk him 2x/week as needed for a few months & Kristin was definitely an A+ choice! Punctual, reliable & she always left a note for me! My dog certainly loved going on walks with her. She even took some pictures of him playing outside for me which I really appreciated! I could tell he got his daily amount of exercise with Kristin & used up quite a bit of energy! I know Kristin is very experienced in the animal care industry from Vet Assistant to Pet Stylist & I received nothing other than glowing recommendations for her when I checked her references. I too would highly recommend her! If I ever need ANY pet care services again, Kristin is my absolute first choice!
I hired Kristin to care for my two shih-tsu dogs while my wife and I went on vacation in 2010. She fed and walked them twice a day and provided several check-in visits. I was actually able to have a relaxing vacation knowing my dogs weren't stuck in a kennel and were being taken care of by someone they know and love- AND by someone who I could trust!

Schedule
Available by appt. Days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, etc. I currently work part-time at a grooming salon & have open availability (but please still try to book in advance!) Various online payments accepted including Zelle & Cash App as well as cash & personal checks.

- I love ALL pets of all shapes & sizes! Before caring for a pet, my main questions would be if the animal has any medical conditions I should be aware of, meds, allergies or behavioral issues. Other important factors include if your dog tends to show aggression towards other dogs, any anxiety issues or behavioral problems with children or adults and any food aggression. Some dogs may have a bit of anxiety around new people until they "warm-up" and get used to that person. References from both prior employers & clients available.
