I am self-employed so my schedule revolves around whatever pet sitting, dog walking or other services I have scheduled. I am not available to provide constant care at your house. I would be in and out all day because of dog walking and drop in visits. If you need a sitter to be at your house 15+ hrs a day please look for a sitter that can accommodate your needs.

I have dogs and cats of my own, so I generally only pet sit for rodents and cats that I can keep in a separate part of my home. Dogs would have to have a pre-care meeting with my animals to make sure that they get along.

A typical day
It depends on the age and energy level of the dog. Walks and running around the park are usual but not the limits. After discussion with the owners car rides and hikes can also be part of the routine.

I’ve had cats, dogs, hamsters, birds and rabbits my entire life. I’ve had special needs cats that require specialized care including giving fluids to a kitty with kidney disease. I’m educated in what to look for indicating signs of illness and am comfortable and experienced giving medications.
