Hi, my name is Kristin! I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I have an 8 year old Jack Russell/Shih Tzu mix who is my absolute heart. I believe strongly that in order to provide the highest level of care to your fur babies, flexibility and effective communication are of the utmost importance. I am experienced with caring for pups who require additional exercise, senior dogs, as well as dogs with complex medical needs. I’m comfortable giving medication, both oral and injectable. I am happy to reinforce any training. My priority is always your pet’s happiness, safety, comfort, and ultimately to treat them as my own.

In my home: I keep things relaxed and pet-friendly. I make sure your pet has a cozy space to rest, access to fresh water at all times, and regular potty breaks or outdoor time (if it’s a dog). I stick closely to your pet’s usual routine, whether that means feeding schedules, medications, walks, or playtime. In your home: I’m very respectful of your space and your pet’s routine. I make sure to follow your instructions carefully so your pet experiences minimal disruption. I keep things clean, stick to feeding and exercise schedules, and provide updates (with photos!) so you always know how things are going.

Kristin was wonderful! She treated my cats like her own. Great communication and consistency gave me peace of mind while I was out of the country. My cats were happy and my home was well cared for when I returned.

I work from home, so my schedule is typically pretty flexible. I can provide frequent potty breaks during the day, and can accommodate most requests.
