I am a full time flight attendant, but since my work schedule is not a traditional M-F 9-5, I typically have off for multiple days in a row. Because of my schedule I have been able to spend my free time petsitting my friends and neighbors animals while they are traveling or even just walking/feeding their dog last minute when work has run late or traffic has made it difficult to get home on time.

When I have had cats in the home, they have been indoor cats. I am mindful of shutting the doors and making sure guests are aware of the facts that the cats need to be inside. I do not have a fenced in yard since I do have a very small yard, but on the occasion that I’ve watched a dog in my home, we have walked over to close parks and trails. I want to make sure their environment is clean, whether it is their food bowls, liter boxes, and that pets are not able to get into things like my trash cans or food.

I have grown up taking care of my neighbors dogs and cats since I was a kid along with growing up with cats and dogs. I have worked with some dogs that can be reactive and have followed the owners training methods and routines to make sure the dog is comfortable and in a safe environment.

Kristin had fantastic communication and i felt completely at ease knowing that she was taking care of my pup. This was my first experience with rover and it was so positive that i will definitely use it again in the future especially is kristin is available.
