Kristin was amazing! She was friendly, communicative, and kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout my dog’s stay. My dog seemed very happy and comfortable with her, and I feel confident leaving him in her care. I’ll definitely book with her again.

Kristin is always amazing and has watched our dog Bailey many times now. He loves going and spending time there. We will continue to go back to Kristen!

I was so nervous to leave my two dogs for a week while we went on vacation but Kristin did a great job of keeping in touch, sending photos, and letting me know they were OK. They were happy to see us when we got back but they had obviously been well looked after and hadn’t picked up any bad habits! Thank you so much Kristin!

Kristin seemed nice and knowledgeable about dogs. This was our first time using this service, so I wasn't too familiar with how the drop off was supposed to go but I was met in the parking lot and wasn't offered to go any further to see where Lucy would be spending 4 days. I didn't expect a tour of the whole house but would have liked to been able to see something, so that was disappointing and caused me to wonder and worry while I was away. From the other reviews it seemed that Kristin kept owners updated on a regular but the only time I ever heard from her about our dog is if I reached out first, so that was disappointing and frustrating for my family and I. When we picked our dog up she was very happy to see us and seemed to be ok other than she seemed so thirsty we stopped at a conveinent store to get her some water and she almost drank 20oz. Other than that I'm assuming things went well but wouldn't book again due to the fact of a lack of communication and transparency of the living environment.

Due to Covid outbreak in the family, I had to cut short my vacation. She accommodated that request with a cancellation fee. Few observations... I picked my dog up late in the night so was not able to check him properly but when I brought him home, he butt was soiled as if he sat in the poop. I told Kristin about it but she refused to admit that he got dirty at her home even after I sent her the pic. Secondly, Masti came home very thirsty. He drank two bowls of water before going to bed. Thirdly, she does go to work 9-4:30 or so 2 to 3 times a week and my pet was going to be left unattended at that time. She shared this information when I went to drop my dog off. I wish she had included this info. in her profile.

We did a trial boarding with Kristin and my fellow came home reluctantly. When Tucker didn’t take to his food Kristin and her son were trying to hand feed him and coaxing him along and so I want in a word of appreciation for their commitment to his well being
