Kristen did an excellent job looking after our doodles while we were away for a fishing charter!! She came over very early and stayed the whole time we were gone while also taking the dogs to the beach!! We will use her again next time we are staying on the island with our dogs.
We booked 30-minute walks, but unfortunately the first walk lasted approximately 13 minutes. Communication after the visits was limited, and we had concerns about how our instructions regarding our reactive dogs and the area behind our townhome were handled/ where they were walked. After we reached out with a lot of additional clarification and concerns, the second walk was longer and went better, which we appreciated. However, overall, the experience did not meet our expectations for the service we booked.
