Hello! 👋 I am an animal lover at heart and will be professional and caring toward your pets as we bond with exercise, scratches, treats and play. I value and cherish every pet I meet for their beautiful, endearing traits and personalities. I am a certified veterinary assistant and worked as a veterinary technician for 2 years. If your pets need medication administered I can do that. I am also certified in the operant conditioning techniques of dolphin training.

The breed I raised for 14 years and have come to love is the siberian husky; however, I love to care for all dogs and cats big and small. 😌 I look forward to meeting both you and your fur babies! 😊 I treat pets in my home the way I would my own pets. That is, where I go they go whether it be on a walk, the couch or a bed.

Kristi is the greatest dog sitter ever! She stayed at my home with my two dogs over the weekend and the dogs clearly had a wonderful time with plenty of walks and play time. She is an excellent communicator and sent me frequent pictures and videos which allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away with no worries about my pups. She took wonderful care of the house too! We will definitely ask Kristi to house sit again next time we are away and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kristi took such great care of our cat Ting Ting. She was very thorough and sent us daily updates which we appreciated. She took the time to bond with Ting Ting and gave her all the love and care while we were away, it eased our worries to know she had such a great caretaker. We will definitely work with Kristi again!
Kristi is a very kind and expert dog sitter. Our Australian shepherd can be difficult at times with strangers, and Kristi was wonderful with her. They went on excursions to the beach and had fun playing together. I suspect our dogs might have been a little sad when we came home.
Kristi K is THE BEST EVER! Izzy fell in love with her immediately and the bond was instant! Izzy actually spent a whole month with her and she took such great care of my Furry One! I Highly recommend Kristi's pet caring services. She is truly an animal lover who goes above and beyond to make your furry friends feel lots of love. Kristi takes the time to send you picture to reassure you know your pets are happy. Dog walking, feedings, overnights or even someone to drop by when you have to work long hours Kristi would be the perfect fit.

Schedule
Pet care brings me joy, and I am fortunate enough to be able to do it on the side on a fairly flexible basis. Still, I have other commitments that ebb and flow throughout the year; thus, my availability may be limited at times.

- Brief meet and greets are an easy way to ensure a great future stay, so I like to schedule that first thing at no extra charge. Not only do I get to meet pets and owners alike, but I can also familiarize myself with their surroundings, take note of feeding/bathroom/walk routines, establish key exchanges, and find out any special needs or requests. I also like to observe the interaction between owner and pet to be able to provide continuity in care. I’m intrigued to know if a dog has any behaviors it knows. I am interested in a pet’s specific social and physical needs such as how much space and physical contact they would like as well as how much exercise they need. I aim for a smooth, enjoyable and excellent experience for all!
