Home on the range! We have 5 fully fenced acres of room for your dog to run, play and explore. I am a stay at home mom, so we are home most of the time. Dogs are cared for either by myself and my children or my husband. We also offer field trips for your dog. We love going to the lake , hiking, and other various outdoor doggy wonderlands. If you would like your dog to attend such a field trip let us know so we can schedule it when your dog is with us. We ask that your dog be dog friendly. Since your dog is treated like our dogs, they are allowed in our home, on our couch and on our beds. We prefer your pooch be housebroken, and dosed with Advantage or Frontline before coming. We also offer doggy daycare so you can work easy knowing your dog is being cared for and having a blast with other canine buddies!! I worked in a vet hospital for many years so I am comfortable with administering medications to your pet. Please book as soon as you know that you need our service as we do have limited space. We attempt to not be "overcrowded" so that we can give attention to each and every dog. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I was a toddler! I have always owned one, and now our lives revolve around them. Meet my pets Horses, Chickens About my yard We have completely fenced property. It is sectioned off into several different doggy play yards. We can leave all the gates open for extended play , or section it off if your dog is more comfortable in a smaller yard, or with not so many dogs to play with. In all we have 5 separate "yards" My experience administering medication I worked in a veterinary hospital for many years so I am very comfortable administering medications.

We went on a 5-night-trip and our dog, Evita stayed at Kristi's. She kept us updated with Evita's photos and always responded to any questions that we had. Thanks Kristi for taking care of her when we could not!
My name is Janet Oppedal, my husband Gary and I operate Garjan Dobermans.com I have only entrusted a few specific individuals with my four legged family members. Kristi Kenny is one of them and the main one. Any time I need Kristi she has come through for us, not limited to our car accident and finishing our Doberman to her Championship after I could not show her, Kristi also took two of our puppies to the Nationals and showed them at the futurity to actually wining the futurities and placing in the classes.. There were over 3000 Dobermans entered, to have ribbons from this even means more to me than any words I could offer. Kristi Kenny and her family truly love the dogs, they bring them in to their homes and treat them like a family member, even allowing our spoiled Dobermans to sleep in the beds with her children or herself so that they will not be completely confused and lost while in her care. Kristi takes time out for them to make them feel special.. All of my dogs love her and when she comes to visit they try to sit on her lap and bring her toys I know every one of them would leave with her even if there was no show. Kristi is a valuable canine friend, I hope you choose to contact her and let your canine become one of her friends as well.
If you want the very best for your four legged fury family member, then look no further than Kristi. She has set for me on several occasions, and there isn't another person I would trust more than her. She always treats them as if they were her own, and has an over abundance of love to give. I highly reccommend Kristi.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks If you would like your dog to go off property on day trips please let us know! We often go walking at the river or along trails. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog can sleep wherever he or she is most comfortable. If your dog is use to sleeping on your bed, that is where your dog can sleep here. If your dog is more comfortable in his or her own area at night, we have large bed crates available. But your dog will always sleep in our secure home. Time I'll spend with your dog I am a stay at home mom, so we spend all day , every day with our dogs. Our children are very experienced with dogs and also love to play and spend time with them.
