Kristi connected really well my cat. She also provided great pictures and videos so I could see how my cat was doing.
I boarded my bloodhound for over a week, and Kristi did an amazing job taking care of my dog and providing tons of pictures/videos/updates. Previously, my dog has had difficult experiences being boarded with other sitters. But with Kristi, he was happy and relaxed with no signs of stress.
My two pups LOVED their stay with Kristi! My heart and mind were at complete ease while on vacation knowing they were in her good, caring hands. My rescue dog suffers from anxiety and is afraid of many things - and she was comfortable with Kristi and her family. My other dog can be a handful at times - he's a teddy bear dog and can get into a lot of mischief; he often reminds me of an unsupervised, toddler after having a couple of pixie sticks - but he's like that withOUT the pixie sticks. She handled him and his mischief with ease. She went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were comfortable and felt loved in her care. She sent pictures and videos of the pups showing them eating, taking prescription medications, sleeping, being outside, playing, etc. She also sent frequent updates during their stay. Definitely recommend Kristi and would book with her again.
