This was my very first time boarding my 11-year-old Shih Tzu, Biscuit. I originally booked only 2 nights with Kristi but ended up extending for another night because my plans were disrupted by traffic and an accident on the way back from Chicago to Ohio. Kristi is very accommodating, and I can honestly say that her whole family took excellent care of Biscuit. She constantly kept me updated with texts, photos, and videos of Biscuit, which made me feel very at ease. Thank you so much, Kristi! I will definitely contact you again to board Biscuit with you!
I look forward to the summary Kristi takes the time to write about her visit with my Chloe. The pictures as well. I don’t worry about my lil girl while I work long shifts. If Chloe is eating grass, I can stop by on my way home and pick up pumpkin. Kristi communicates well and while I don’t need pictures of Chloe taking care of her business, it shows she goes into my home and does what she is paid to do and even better she shares that time with Chloe. It’s a nice break for a senior doodle who has too much energy to save it all for when I come home. Thank you Kristi & family. 💜

Kristi was really great! It was our first time using rover so we were alittle nervous. However,She was great at giving updates and sent pictures everyday 10/10 :)
Kristi was wonderful! We have 8 cats and I could tell they liked her stopping by. She was so good talking to them and sending us pics and videos. We will be using her again!!

I do work a full time job but that job is flexible and lets me work from home which allows me to make check ins frequently throughout the day.

Whenever I’ve hired someone to come take care of my pets, I appreciated frequent updates and even pictures. I’d do the same and make sure that their pet was in the best care and situation while their owner was away. I genuinely love animals and look forward to meeting your babies!
