For several years, I ran my own local dog walking and pet sitting business in my community, caring for neighbors' dogs multiple days a week. Through this, I became highly adept at managing real-world challenges, including stimulating picky eaters and safely navigating walks with dogs who can be reactive or misbehave around other animals. My background also includes extensive hands-on experience with specialized medical and training needs. I have owned and cared for dogs who were blind, diabetic, and on strict dietary restrictions. Additionally, I raised a future dog guide, successfully guiding her through foundational socialization and obedience training. Whether your pet is an energetic puppy learning the ropes, a senior dog requiring a patient routine, or a unique companion who needs a vigilant handler and a bit of extra patience, I bring the professional dedication and intuitive care they deserve.

Kristen is the best and our Portuguese Water Dog "Ella" absolutely loves her! Schedule
As a university student home full-time for the summer, my schedule is incredibly open and flexible. Being at home, pet care easily fits into my daily routine. I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pet—whether that means heading outside for long walks, playing indoors, or simply sitting nearby to keep them company so they never feel lonely!

Safety and trust are my absolute top priorities. Because I do not have a fenced yard, I am very vigilant about leash safety, whether we are walking around the neighborhood or visiting a nearby open-space park. My background running a local pet care business and handling dogs who could be unpredictable around other animals means I am always scanning the environment and anticipating potential triggers. When caring for pets in your home, I respect your space entirely, closely follow your established safety routines, and ensure your home is secure before I leave. You can rest easy knowing your pet is with an experienced, attentive handler who understands exactly how to keep them safe, secure, and happy on every single outing.

Whether your pet loves exploring the local park and going on long walks or prefers lounging around, a typical day is customized entirely to their favorite routine. From timely feedings to dedicated playtime, I'll make sure they get all the exercise, attention, and companionship they need to feel right at home.
