Kristen was awesome. This was our first ever boarding through Rover and Kristen was great to work with. Very responsive, sent pictures every day (sometimes twice in a day!) and it seemed like her kids were a great help in getting my two dogs worn out at the end of the day. With this being our first sitter experience with our one-year-old puppies, we were a little nervous that they would have a hard time being away from us for ten days. But Kristen, her family, and their sweet little dog Rooster were so great at helping these girls settle in and feel at home. We did not have one single issue and I really appreciated that Kristen has, as a standard part of her sitting procedures that she does, air tags that she puts on the dogs she is sitting JUST in case something happens. Nothing did happen while we were gone, but it was a great peace of mind seeing those little tags dangling from their collars in the check-in photos knowing that Kristen was casting an additional safety net over our two puppies while they were in her care. We will DEFINITELY be using Kristen again! I highly recommend her as a sitter if you need someone responsible, approachable, caring, and dedicated to your pet's safety and overall comfort.
