I appreciate Kristen’s flexibility so much! Recently I was stuck at the airport in Miami unable to get home as scheduled. I notified Kristen and she did not hesitate to make sure my pets were taken care of. This is not the first time she jumped in to help me. I don’t know what I would do without her!
