I've worked privately with all sorts of dogs and cats. I like to tend puppies or older animals that need extra attention. I'm very patient and I want them to feel happy and comfortable with me. I was called the "dog lady" at my child's school because I was always with my dogs. I'm responsible and will follow your instructions and like to take multiple walks per day with the dogs. I only take a minimum of 3 day requests. Thank you:)

I will update you daily with info about your pet and send you a daily photo or two. I am very responsible and will follow your directions so you and them will feel confortable while you're away. I enjoy walking dogs and like to keep the same schedule for your pet, that you prescribe. My background is in healthcare and I understand that a holistic approach is best especially when dealing with animals. It's important for me to be informed of their particular habits and personality so they can trust me and enjoy our walks and time with someone new in their space.

Liked “Kristen stayed at my house with my two dachshunds while I was away, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was easy to communicate with, kept me updated, and took the time to understand the dogs' routines and personalities. It was clear they were comfortable with her and got plenty of attention while I was gone. I came home to two happy, relaxed dogs and everything in the house was in great shape. I really enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her.
Kristen was such an awesome dog sitter for our girl- from the last minute request that was responded to quickly & the thorough question asking, I felt so comfortable leaving for vacation knowing Kristen was there. She kept me informed the entire stay with videos, pictures, and texts each day. She even handled an unexpected maintenance issue with our building and helped ease our worries by keeping us in the loop in the entire time. Im so grateful that she offered up time during the holidays to help us and it warms my heart that Layla and Kristen bonded so well 🥹 It was so wonderful having Kristen watch Layla and we can’t wait to use her again!

Schedule
I usually work remotely and am mostly retired. I pet sit often because I love to take care of and be around different animals. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter and enjoyed all the unique personalities of the dogs. I don't have any pets currently, so I feel pet sitting is a way I can interact with pets who need special care from a caregiver when their owner has to be away. Holiday stays are minimum of 7 days, non holiday minimum stays are 5 days.
