Safety, trust & environment
I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care or medications. I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and happy, and I provide updates and photos for peace of mind.
Information Kristen P. would like to know about your pet
I ask that you share your pet’s full routine in advance — feeding schedule, medications, mobility aids, and any quirks or triggers. Please leave clear instructions and emergency vet contact info. I recommend a quick meet-and-greet beforehand, especially for senior or special needs pets, so we can go over specific care needs together and make sure I’m fully prepared before you leave.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a calm greeting and a sniff around to settle in. I follow your pet’s usual routine closely — feeding times, medications, and walks stay consistent with what you’d do at home. I build in extra time for slower walks, gentle play, and lots of cuddles, especially for senior or special needs pups. Throughout the day, I send photo updates so you can see your pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Before I leave, I make sure everything’s tidy and your pet is settled for the next stretch.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m a lifelong pet lover and dog owner with hands-on experience caring for all kinds of pets. I have a dog with mobility needs myself, so I’m especially comfortable with senior pups and special care routines — medications, gentle handling, mobility support, you name it. I’m patient, reliable, and love making pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away 💛
Reviews

We had a great experience with Kristen. During her stay, our dog unexpectedly got sick and was vomiting (which we later found out was from spoiled chicken). She kept us updated throughout, communicated everything clearly, and handled the situation with so much care, giving us great peace of mind while we were away. She also went above and beyond by helping us with an unexpected emergency while we were out of town and couldn’t be there ourselves. We truly appreciated her willingness to help. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative sitter!

Kristen was amazing! Our dog Aspen absolutely loved her and was so well cared for while we were away. Kristen was so communicative, sent amazing updates, and has great energy that our dog loved. We were so grateful to not worry at all because of how amazing Kristen was! We’ll definitely be booking with her again :)

Kristen is wonderful as always, highly recommend her services to everyone 🌟

Kristen was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond caring for our girl while we were away - she was incredibly thoughtful, very communicative, and so friendly. I felt so at ease knowing that my girl was so well taken care of. Highly highly recommend using Kristen’s services! 😊
