A typical day
A typical day starts with a calm greeting and a sniff around to settle in. I follow your pet’s usual routine closely — feeding times, medications, and walks stay consistent with what you’d do at home. I build in extra time for slower walks, gentle play, and lots of cuddles, especially for senior or special needs pups. Throughout the day, I send photo updates so you can see your pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Before I leave, I make sure everything’s tidy and your pet is settled for the next stretch.

I have a dog with mobility needs myself, so I’m especially comfortable with senior pups and special care routines — medications, gentle handling, mobility support, you name it. Kristen was an absolute lifesaver with our high-maintenance senior dogs, giving meds 5 times(!) a day. She exceeded every expectation for our two nights of overnight pet sitting. We received detailed updates and photos regularly, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. The best proof of all? Our dogs were completely relaxed and happy when we walked through the door, just like we barely left. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking Kristen again!
