Kristen was amazing! I have two dogs, one with some medical issues, and she did a great job with both. She is patient and kind and she sends multiple updates throughout the day, which helped ease my anxiety of leaving them elsewhere for the first time in a long time! I would definitely use Kristen again. Also, bonus, her place is the perfect location if you need to drop off your pets on the way to the airport! Thank you so much Kristen!!!

My dog became ill the day after I dropped him off (from a previously experienced gastrointestinal issue) and Kristen made sure he was taken care of, changing up his diet at our request, and offering to take him to the vet if needed. She made us feel like Adak was getting good care even though he was being high needs, and kept us in the loop while we were gone. I can't thank her enough!
