WFH mom/family who loves dogs
I had dogs and cats my whole entire childhood through high school years. Shortly after my husband and I got married, we rescued a husky, who we named Wylie. He was the center of our world for many years. He passed away in 2016. We started doing Rover a year ago so we could get our dog fix when our schedule allows. We are a family of 6 who treats your dog like their own while they are staying with us. We love having repeat dogs and have a super soft spot for senior dogs.

Schedule
I work from home and love the companion of having your dog hang out with me. I typically get out for a couple of half mile to mile walks a day while I have a dog with us. We have great trails through the canyon and woods behind our house which offers great shade on hot summer days when dog walking.

Safety, trust & environment
For dogs who can't be off leash, we would take them out to the bathroom and walk them around the yard. My office is on the lower level, with a walk-out sliding glass door that tends to be a favorite spot for the dogs to sit and watch outside. The dogs also love to be on our back deck, which is gated to keep them on the deck.
A typical day
We have trails and woods right behind our house and this is one of my favorite places for our family to walk and walk dogs when we dog sit. If your dog can be off-leash in a fenced in school yard, we like to take the dogs to the school by our house to run around and to play fetch.
