Kristen took amazing care of my dog, Kalby, for two weeks while I was away. Kalby is a higher-maintenance dog who requires medications, and Kristen handled everything with incredible attention to detail and care. Throughout the stay, Kristen kept me updated with plenty of photos and even scheduled video calls so I could check in and see how Kalby was doing. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in such capable hands. What impressed me most was how involved and attentive Kristen was.
