I grew up on a farm and had many family pets including dogs and cats (as well as cows, horses, chickens, and goats!) Over the past 16 years, I have worked at a dog daycare, volunteered at animal shelters, fostered dogs through an animal rescue, and personally owned 3 dogs. I am well versed in dog behavior, dog training, environmental modification, and caring for dogs with medical needs. I have a soft spot for seniors and have experience with providing medications and extra care for those with special needs.

Kristen accepted our 2 dogs on short notice and treated them as her own! We loved the daily updates and they loved their walks and time playing with Ollie. We felt as though they were extremely taken care of, and came home happy and tired! We would use her again. Thank you, Kristen!

Kristin was so great with our two dogs and sent us pictures and videos throughout the stay. She has excellent communication and was always quick to respond. Her dog Ollie is very sweet and well behaved and got along wonderful with our pups.
Kristen is great! She’s very professional and kind, and her dog Ollie is a very sweet big boy who’s gentle with my small puppy. Highly recommended for your Rover needs!
Kristen was such a great sitter for my pup! I was nervous he was going to be shy and scared but he felt so comfortable with Kristen and her dog Ollie to the point where he was laying in her lap just shortly after I dropped him off. I knew he was in great hands then. Kristen is very professional including doing meet and greets prior to booking as well as making sure she keeps her clients updating on their furry children. Thank you so much!
Kristen was so awesome with my dog Zoey while I went out of town for a week. She sent lots of updates about their walks and how things were going overall. I know Zoey was well taken care of and had lots of fun with Kristen’s dog Ollie. I will definitely use Kristen again in the future. :)

Schedule
I am currently a stay at home dog mom and spend the majority of my time at home. When I do go out, it’s usually only a few hours at a time! I like to walk around the neighborhood and go to the local nearby parks!

I have a fully fenced backyard where pups can run, play, and relax. Your pup is welcome wherever we are in the home! My husband and I treat our pups like children and try to spend as much time with them and take them with us whenever we can! We enjoy taking them on walks and giving them playtime (depending on their interests and needs!).
Pets
A typical day
We love utilizing the trails near us and going on walks with Ollie and his puppy friends. We also like to go to the dog park and on hikes in the mountains. If the weather is bad, I provide mentally stimulating games and activities to keep the pups occupied.
