New to Southern California, I provide exceptional, dependable care for your beloved canine companion. I understand that dogs are more than pets, they are family, and they deserve thoughtful attention, consistency, and quality care. I have worked professionally with dogs for over 20 years, including at elite boarding, daycare, and grooming facilities in Seattle, where I am originally from. I am also an experienced professional dog groomer and have a strong background in Rover house sitting and dog walking. I recently relocated to North San Diego County and am excited to bring my five-star care to the area. I currently work remotely while building my business, allowing me to accommodate many schedules, extended stays, and special requests. I provide house sitting and dog walking only, keeping your pet comfortable in their own familiar environment and following their normal routine as closely as possible. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for both you and your dog. I am also great at communicating and will keep you updated with photos and videos on whatever schedule you prefer, whether that’s weekly or more frequently. I am experienced with specialty diets, administering medications, caring for dogs with health-related needs, and monitoring general health and well-being. I am K9 CPR certified and always make sure dogs receive appropriate exercise, playtime, affection, and enrichment based on their individual needs. I also offer small grooming services, including baths, brush-outs, and nail trims, for an additional charge. I’m happy to help with houseplants, packages, light home care, or grocery stocking before your return. Your home will be left clean, tidy, and exactly as you left it. Rest assured, your loved one will be in experienced, attentive hands and have a relaxing, joyful time while you are away. I look forward to meeting you and your pup, learning their routine, and creating a care plan tailored to them.

I will treat your pet and house as my own! I know it can be a nervous experience for both pets and owners when you’re away. I will follow their normal routine, learn mannerisms, let them get to know me, and make sure all their needs are being met so it’s like you never left. Plus we’ll have lots of fun!
Ratings and reviews
Kristen stayed with Charlie for a week while we were out of town. She provided pictures and updates daily and took great care of him. Super great at communication and left everything exactly the same as when we left. She is awesome and very reliable! Hope to have her back again soon!
Kristen was great with our two dogs and cat! She took great care of them and kept us updated with photos and videos. She ensured our cat took his daily medications and helped our hyper pup get the attention/activity she needed. We look forward to booking with Kristen again!
This was the first time someone outside of our family stayed overnight with our three dogs. Kristen is very communicative, great at following directions, and wonderful with our three clingy gremlins! It was obvious they had a great time with her, and they almost looked disappointed having us back.

Kristen was everything we could have hoped for and more for our fur pups while we were away. I am always nervous leaving them but she had the best communication sending videos and pictures with updates. I could tell that they were happy and well cared for. We came home to a very clean house and pups and we will definitely be asking for Kristen again. Thank you for the best time for us all during our vacation. :)
Kristen watched our dog Oreo for five days while we were on vacation and did a fantastic job! She provided regular photo updates and took excellent care of Oreo. Oreo can be quite timid and does not warm up to people quickly, but by the end of the say he and Kristen were best friends. We arrived home to a clean house and a happy dog!

Schedule
Currently I have a very flexible schedule and I am working remotely. Occasionally I may be required to be on site for work but never leave a pet alone for more than a few hours. I can accommodate most stays, walks, and visits with at least 3 days notice.
Prices include all fees.
