Kristen was an angel! I can't say enough good things about her and how she cared for my dog. She took the job on short notice to watch my dog for 10 days. She told me everything she needed to make sure the stay went well (which wasn't much). She sent me pictures and kept me updated, and didn't bat an eye but apologized to me and spent hours bathing her when my dog found a skunk. My dog came back to me cleaner than I'd dropped her off, along with all of her things, and the only difficulty was getting my dog used to home again because she had such a great time with Kristen! I was worried when I learned they had another dog, but the whole family are expert dog handlers, and everyone got along. Kristen deserves a raise for how well she handled a tough situation, and I am so grateful!
