Dog Adventures
l’m an animal lover and outdoor enthusiast who hikes and walks regularly! Would love to take a furry friend with me on my adventures! I have several years of experience in walking/running/hiking with dogs. While I’ve never personally owned a dog, I’ve roomed with friends who had dogs which taught me how to care for and love our furry friends.

My boy had a great stay with Kristen, he got lots of cuddles and attention. I was very comfortable leaving Slim, and he made himself at home immediately so he was definitely comfortable too :) I will defintely book with Kristen again, and I would highly recommend her!
Kristen is one of the few pet sitters I feel completely at ease leaving my 5 year old Australian shepherd with. She prioritizes Russell’s adventures and he is always a happy tired when he returns to me. She is intuitive to his little doggo quirks and has proven to me to be kind, yet firm with his stubborn streak. I am never concerned that he will be anything but the center of attention when he is with her.
Kristen is great with animals. Every time she comes down to visit she always asks to come pick up my dog to take him for walks. She loves walking on trails and beaches and playing fetch with him too.
I have known Kristen for over 10 years. She was always wonderful around my dogs and they absolutely loved her. She's responsible, active and every time she walks or dog sits, my guy is exhausted. We Trust her 150% with our house, with our dog ,our belongings and as a bonus, my house was even cleaner when I returned home :) I trust her with everything important to me.. especially my four legged baby!
Our pup Finnegan loves when Kristen visits because it means he gets lots of cuddles and goes for nice runs! He can be a handful, and Kristen does a great job at keeping up with his energy ☺️

Schedule
We are a very active household and love being out in nature. Often hiking on the weekends and walks through the park in the weekdays! The only thing missing on our adventures is a furry friend! We would love to borrow your dog to accompany us on our adventures :)

Safety, trust & environment
Ensuring the animals have what they need and require to be comfortable is of most importance to us. This may vary between animals so we would be sure we discuss the specific needs of your pet so they are safe and comfortable during their stay/walk.
A typical day
Run, walk and/or hike with them in the surrounding area or a near by hiking trail. We have access to several wooded hiking/walking trails directly behind our house. We have a fenced in yard which is great for play and fetch.
