Kristen was amazing! She communicated clearly and consistently. There were always detailed updates and pics of Cheeto and Pain during each check-in. My cats are usually a bit shy around new people, but they warmed up to her surprisingly quickly. It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands while we were on vacation. This was our first time using Rover, and it was a great experience—thanks to Kristen! We’ll definitely be booking with her again for our next trip.
