As a public school teacher, I get to enjoy my summer break without obligation! This means I will have a very flexible schedule in June and July to take care of your fur baby. I will be able to take them for walks, play with them outside, and give them any attention needed throughout the day.

A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks, playing with them outside, taking them to explore new places, and giving them all the attention they need. With cats, I love entertaining them, playing lots of games with different toys, and sitting with them during rest time.

Pet care experience
I’ve owned and taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12 years old. Growing up, I volunteered at my local humane society, where I developed a deep love of animals of all shapes and sizes! I’ve been a reliable pet sitter for many friends and family members over the years — I love taking dogs on walks, playing games with them outside, snuggling with kittens on the couch, and sending you lots of photos of it all! I also worked at a vet clinic in college where I learned a lot about animal behavior and care. As a high school teacher with a free summer schedule, I am here to watch your fur baby any time of day that you need!

Kristen was so very helpful watching/feeding/playing with my cat while I was away for an extended period of time. She made sure to send frequent updates and asked all the right questions, making me feel much more at peace while leaving q in her care. I couldn't recommend her more highly! :)
Kristen has always been a great, trustworthy person that I can count on for help with my dog. She not only gave her lots of love but also paid close attention to her needs. If she needed to go out, if she needed to eat, if she was acting weird physically, etc. Her attention to detail and caring presence always made me feel like my dog was in great hands with her.
Kristen is responsible, caring, and trustworthy! She genuinely loves animals and always goes above and beyond to make pets feel safe, happy, and cared for. She has watched my dogs many times and has always done an excellent job caring for them and keeping me updated. Any pet owner would be lucky to have Kristen looking after their furry family members!
Kristen has done a lot of pet sitting of cats and dogs for both neighbors and friends. We also had two cats while she was growing up that she took care of on a daily basis and when we went out of town. She is dependable and trustworthy. She is very conscientious and would take care of others’ pets as if they were her own.
