Kristen is very thorough and knowledgeable. We felt relieved to have her taking care of our cats while we were away, especially since one needed a new medication to be given every day. Even our shy anxious cat was social with her, so we didn't have to feel guilty about going on a trip. She is great about communicating and was very timely.

She was great and kept us up to date until it came to altercation that she claimed had happened. A severe altercation that could lead to our dog being euthanized. When we asked for more information about the situation she was unwilling to provide more information on the situation. We have no way of telling whether or not the claims that were made were true or not. We had to pick our dog up a day early because of the situation. The altercation “took place 1 minute after drop off” however she waited 3 days to tell us about it. I feel as though if something as severe as she claimed to have taken place actually occurred we should have been notified sooner. Personally I will not be returning to Rover after this incident and I fear my dog, despite having an extensive number of people who have been around him and also taken care of him tell me that what she described completely contradicts my dogs behavioral habits.
