I grew up riding horses and having small dogs around the house, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've been dog and cat sitting off and on for the past 8 years, and I've been working in barns and caring for horses for 12. Today, I'm lucky enough to have a dog and cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone you truly trust caring for your pets while you're away. I have a bachelor's degree in Equine Science, with Animal Science as one of my three minors. Through my education and years of hands-on experience, I've developed a strong understanding of animal care, behavior, health, and daily management across a variety of animals. I have experience caring for senior pets, anxious and reactive animals, and animals with additional medical needs. I'm comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions to ensure each pet receives the care they need. Whether your pet wants to go on a long walk or hike, play their favorite games, or simply curl up on the couch, I'm happy to meet them where they are. I care about getting to know each pet’s personality and routine, so they feel comfortable and happy while you’re away. Their well-being is always my top priority, and I’ll keep you updated along the way so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.
