A story about my dog. Her name was JoJo and she was a beautiful black Labrador! I was walking by a grooming store that had an adoption centre next door. I went inside to look at the dogs and was interested in this black lab dog. The lady at the groomer said that this dog was abused and was very hesitant, hardly interacts with people and was scared. I decided to sit on the ground close by her and she decided to come over, lay down and put her head on my lap. I knew at that time that I didn’t choose this dog, that she chose me. I believe animals see good in people and can sense it. When it comes to anxious, nervous pets I am calm/patient and will make your pet feel comfortable!
