Ratings and reviews
Krista was excellent with our dogs! This is our second time having her drop in on our dogs and everything went smoothly so we didn’t have to worry about our pups while we were away. She was great at communicating with us and took cute pics from the visit! I highly recommend her!

All was well when we arrived home. Thank you Krista!!

Krista and her family loved on our 11 year old dog and gave her excellent care. Would recommend using Krista as she's experienced and will give your dog plenty of attention.

Krista was great! Great at communicating, was professional and punctual. She was great with our two dogs, one of which is typically aggressive with strangers. Super happy with her dropping in on our dogs and highly recommend her.

THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. KRISTA'S DOG MILO ATTACKED OUR DOG. Stay away from these people. I can't give ZERO STARS because the system doesn't let me. We had to take our baby boy to the emergency vet because when we picked him up he was covered in dog bites, and dried blood stains from their dog attacking him, and pee stains, and Krista lied to us for two days and said everything was fine. In addition, he was covered in dog pee from likely being stuffed into a crate. I measured his food and allergy medicine out for him for each meal and it was all returned to us, which means they didn't feed him or give him his meds. He developed a rash on his head from whatever they did give him. Krista was not home much to care for the dog as she was clueless when I asked her what had happened when he was attacked. Her communication dwindled by day two and three and when I did hear from her, she said everything was fine and that our dog was doing great. This was a complete lie. When we picked him up we had knocked on the door and her husband Bryan was yelling NO NO NO DO NOT COME IN (the door was cracked open) and we said we were here to get Ralphie since Krista hadn't replied to our texts about our arrival, we weren't sure what was happening. The husband dragged Ralphie out, he was trembling and completely despondent. I asked what happened to his face because he had dried blood on his face/nose/ears, and he had 3 bites on his ears, and two open wounds in his ear, and one giant scratch across his left eye, and bites under and above his right eyes. He also had multiple smaller scratches on his cheeks. Bryan looked at me like a deer in headlights, and stumbled words to say he didn't know what I meant, and I repeated what happened to my dogs face and when did this attack happen. He refused to answer and shut the door. We sat outside there house for 10 minutes to take photos and call Rover. We reported the incident, and took Ralphie to the emergency vet for a check up. I asked Krista what had happened multiple times, and she lied and said nothing that everything was fine. After several minutes of conversation and my asking what happened she finally admitted, she noticed "one small scratch on his eye..." I was in such disbelief I asked her when this attack happened, and she continued to deny anything. Finally, she admitted that she was not home and did not know. I asked her why all of his food and medicine (that I had measured out for his 3 day stay) was there and she said he was fed and that she and her husband treated him like their own and that he ate while he was there. The lying was extremely disgusting given the rough shape he was in. He also had pee stained on his legs, which means he was also stuffed into a crate. We brought one for him that is bigger than him, so we also think they just stuffed him in a room and left him in there to piss on himself. I was so disgusted with these vile human beings. Stay away. I reported them to Rover, and to the police. I am grateful that Rover takes gross human beings like this seriously and fully refunded us and the insurance with a dog attack and neglect to this level also is covered, so his emergency vet bill and follow up exam will be covered. He also pooped out one of her kids' magnets the day we picked him out so I was worried he had ingested god knows what else, so we had the emergency vet do an x ray. I left very detailed instructions for his care and not only were they not followed these disgusting humans put our dog in grave danger. Do yourself a favor and avoid these disgusting people. My hope is that rover will not allow these dangerous people to continue to put dogs in danger, but if they do be warned. They are liars, lazy, and do not care about animals.

Krista is amazing! She is so thoughtful and helpful! We are so lucky we found her to drop in on our pup!

Schedule
I am currently working full time M-F 8-5 but have a very flexible schedule and typically take a lunch to watch/ walk doggies, and my husband is home watching dogs and the kids so they should always be with someone if they are staying with us.
