I am a pet portrait artist and photographer so that is what I do most of the time when I am not out walking my dogs. Taking care of your dog or cat would be a real pleasure I love all animals.

I have a fenced in area and always stay with my pets when they are outside. Your pet would be part of my family, sitting beside me in the evenings watching TV with my Tibetan Terrier, Jackson, my Leonberger,Kiefer and my Yorkie, Sassy. If you crate your pet at night that is fine, please bring it with you, otherwise they would be with me in my bedroom. I will make sure you have photo updates of your pet. Please let me know a little about your pets interaction with other dogs n cats. Does your males lift their leg in the house? Are they at all aggressive towards other animals?

I really would like to meet your pet prior to their stay so I know if we would all get along. With toy breeds, I love lap dogs. I require your pet to be up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick control. Please make sure your pet it free of fleas, ticks n parasites. I would like to know if your pet is housebroken. Does your pet show any aggression towards other animal? Do males lift their leg in the house? If u crate your pet, please bring it with you along with any foods, bowls or medication needed. Does your pet enjoy spending time outside playing or is he a couch potato? I prefer calm, loving pets that enjoying my fur kids company.
A typical day
Walks around my neighborhood. Trips to Walmart and Lots of cuddles. Photo sessions for you to enjoy. I will text pictures to you daily if u would like . If u would like any basic training, heeling, not pulling on a leash. Not jumping on people let me know. I would be happy to work with your dog for an additional cost to be determined after I met your dog

I have raised and trained dogs for over 45 yrs. I was a Vet Tech for 4yrs. From 2002 to 2022 I raised and trained Leonbergers as PTSD Service dogs for our Veterans. Now I am retired and would love to have some furry friends to take care of. I love cats also. My home is very pet friendly. I have a very large, privacy fenced yard in a pet friendly neighborhood in Nixa , Mo. Your pet would be treated as if were my own. I love taking pictures and I will send u pics of your pet everyday if u would like.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Wow! She was so incredible with both my dogs, especially my problem child little Biewer who thinks she runs everyone and everything. She did just as I suggested with the Biewer, just deal with her as though you've always known her (without hesitation). Even with her two dogs, neither of our dogs had any issues. If anyone is hesitant about leaving your babies with someone, rest assured she will protect and care for your babies as you would ypurself.bWe will definitely be back!
Wow! We have never left our dog and it was hard. Kris made us feel good the minute she became friends with our dog. She is the best ever. She sent pictures all of the time which made us feel closer to our dog. If you have a dog that need a great place to stay and play then Kris is it. 20 out of 10 stars and I’m a grumpy guy lol.
