Kotoe was honestly amazing, and I’m really grateful for how well she took care of my cat. He’s a very shy cat and usually takes a long time to warm up to people, but even though he stayed with her for almost three weeks, it didn’t take long for him to start feeling comfortable around her. This was also the longest I’ve ever been away from him, so I was already a bit stressed about leaving him, but Kotoe made the whole experience much easier. She stayed consistent with communication, updating me on how he was doing and sending pictures and videos regularly. That really helped me feel at ease and reassured me that he was safe and being cared for. Overall, I really appreciate the care and attention she gave him, and I would definitely recommend her.
