Check-ins will always include a well-being check/care as needed, and physical engagement at companion’s activity level. Walks around neighborhood, fetch in an enclosed, general scritches and hugs are all options.

I’ve taken care of dogs, rabbits, cats, lizards and snakes through the years. I’m told I have “a way,” but I like to think I just try to speak in an even but engaged tone, play when it’s time to play, and if rambunctious, use calming techniques to correct.
