Komal is very accommodating and makes sure everything’s done correctly to ensure no worry. She sends frequent updates and tons of pictures. Our cat Lina has high anxiety and Komal made sure she felt comfortable and worked with her as well. She made sure Lina felt at home and kept up with her feeding schedule day and night I never once worried. Couldn’t recommend enough, our new go to! 🐈‍⬛

Our cat loved her stay and warmed exceptionally fast! I recommend Komal for cat sitting. I would not leave my dog again. I regret that my dog made a mess on the rug, but she is house trained, so it concerned me that Komal interpreted it as “too comfortable and playing around” instead of confusion or stress. I had a crate delivered to her within two hours, but Komal said my dog wouldn’t go inside it, like she expected my 15 pound dog would walk right in on her own instead of needing to be picked up and placed inside. I have to wonder if my dog’s signals she needed to go outside were simply misinterpreted due to lack of experience. I gave a heads up when we were within 20 minutes, so I was surprised they hadn’t already found the cat and put her in the travel carrier before we arrived. Holding the door open for my dog to come to me outside without her leash also struck me as risky - what if she’d run off? My pets were safe, fed, and given affection, and that is what matters most, but I will look for more familiarity with dogs in the future.
