Kolby is hands down the best pet sitter you could hope to find. From our meet-and-greet, I sensed Ben would be in great hands. She has a wonderful setup with a fenced yard and a welcoming, spacious, tidy home. Scout is the sweetest, most playful, well-mannered companion. You can immediately see how much Kolby genuinely loves and understands dogs. Ben's stay with Kolby and Scout somehow exceeded my already high expectations. Kolby treated him like one of her own, with plenty of exercise, playtime with both dogs and people, enrichment, snuggles, and love. I mentioned being worried about the heat, and she made homemade frozen treats for the dogs. She proactively sent thoughtful daily updates with lots of photos, which gave me total peace of mind. Kolby and I joked about how Ben was at summer camp, but it truly was that. He didn't have an adequate stay, he had an enriching stay. When I picked Ben up, he was happy to see me... then immediately ran back to keep playing with Scout. Ben came home happy, relaxed, and honestly better behaved than when I dropped him off. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust Kolby with him again. If you're considering booking with her, do it, you and your dog will be so glad you did.
We cannot recommend Kolby enough! We dropped the ball on arranging care for our dog, Penny during our wedding weekend. Not only did we need someone to watch Penny, but also needed someone to bring her to our venue, as she was an important part of our wedding ceremony. On very short notice, we found Kolby through Rover, and she exceeded every expectation. From the moment we met her, it was clear how much she loves dogs and makes them feel safe and at home. She went above and beyond to care for Penny, kept us updated with daily photos, and ensured everything went smoothly on our big day. Thanks to Kolby, Penny was happy, cared for, and our wedding went off without a hitch!
Kolby was amazing! We were visiting from out of town and were looking for someone to watch our pup for a few hours so we could go on a few tours. She was super responsive and sent lots of photos. We came back to a very happy pup. Highly recommend and I hope we get to meet again next time we are in Newport!
Kolby has watched our boy twice now and she’s great! Gives great updates and pictures and goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is well taken care of. We appreciate her!
Highly recommend! She is amazing with my basset hound and gives him quality care, as well as an amazing update after every visit. 10/10 recommend!
