I have over 25 years of animal experience. I've taken care of animals since I was 6 years old, and used to help out a lot at my mom's vet clinic throughout my teenage years. I have experience with house calls, & extended stays. I learned a lot of valuable skills when it comes to pet care, including geriatric & senior pets, pets with special needs and medical issues. I've given IV meds, oral meds, baths, etc. I've also helped birth many litters & have experience in prenatal care for both dogs & cats. I was taught dog training as a teenager & I've continued to train dogs. I trained my own service dog of three years+, and I am currently training an 18 m.o Cane Corso. I truly love animals, and will love yours like my own. Kodi took excellent care of our two dogs. We left them with her for ten days, and I don't think that they missed us very much. They had a big yard to run around in, and were kept busy most of the time. Kodi sent updates and videos almost every day. We have full confidence in leaving our dogs with her, and we highly recommend her.
Kodi was great! My sweet girl had the best time playing with Rip, she didn't want to leave!

Safety, trust & environment
I have my own home & have lived here since 2010. It's a quiet neighborhood. I leash up before going outside to avoid any accidents or escapees, because my yard isn't currently fenced. I have a long leads for anyone who needs more slack, and I keep them within the boundaries of my yard when at my own home, unless we're out for a walk. In your home, I will adhere to your rules & schedule. Your pet will be safe & well cared for, no matter the environment.

A typical day
Toys, toys, toys! I've got tons of fun dog toys to choose from! And we take plenty of breaks to play outside, too. I have a large, inflatable fire-hydrant sprinkler/ sprayer just for dogs that they LOVE to play with on hot days! (Who am I kidding? I love playing in it, too! I have dog puzzle toys to challenge busy minds & keep them entertained. I like to make pup-cicles, doggy snacks & more! I also incorporate basic obedience training into the day. I also love taking field trips to the Dog Park, if you're OK with it.
