Farm Raised Animal Science Grad
I bring both professional animal experience and genuine compassion to pet care. I recently graduated with a degree in Animal Science from North Carolina A&T State University and currently work as a veterinary assistant. I’m comfortable handling pets with different personalities, needs, and medical conditions. I have experience giving oral medications and caring for animals of all ages. Growing up on a farm and working hands on with animals throughout college has helped me become patient, attentive, and confident around animals of all sizes. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are in good hands.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of attention and exercise. I make sure they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I also pay close attention to behavior changes and overall wellness since I have experience working as a veterinary assistant. I’m comfortable administering oral medications if needed and caring for pets with different energy levels and personalities. I also make sure to keep the home clean, secure, and respected while providing updates and photos for peace of mind.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I currently work full-time as a veterinary assistant. I have spent years caring for animals both personally and professionally. I’m available Sundays and most weekdays after 5 PM, which makes me a great option for evening walks, drop-in visits, and weekend care. I’m used to balancing animal care responsibilities throughout my day and enjoy providing pets with attentive, reliable, and compassionate care.
