Effective 09/10/2025 I will be available in the SW Louisiana area for services! My name is Kloe, and I am a 27 year old RN who is deciding to pursue her dream of working with and helping animals full time! I am enrolled in online courses for Veterinary Nursing through Purdue University. I am also a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, and I hope to continue working part time in this role. I have loved and owned animals all my life. I routinely picked up strays starting as young as 10. I have four dogs of my own at the moment, but I have had as many as 10 in my home at a time! I have a long history of fostering dogs as well as dog sitting, both in the Houston area as a Rover sitter and privately in the smaller community of Jasper, TX. I have volunteered with multiple shelters and rescues since high school, and I have experience with a wide range of behaviors, personalities, and breeds. I have functional/basic bathing and grooming skills, such as nail trimming; I’m willing to add these services on for any new booking - whether it’s just check ins/walks or doggy daycare/boarding. Please reach out to me with any questions, even if you’re only lightly considering a new human friend for your dog! I am quite flexible, and I am looking forward to getting to know new families and pups in the area!

Safety, trust & environment
I am a very safety oriented person with my own animals and especially with others’ animals. I am very observant of my pets’ behaviors and personality so that I can identify potential problems early on and intervene. I enforce good leash manners at all times and overall encourage polite, calm behavior from my animals. I love to play a good round of fetch or tug-of-war and have no problem work with just about any behavior or play style.

I can't say enough good things about Khloe. From the first contact, she was great. She was up front, communication was stellar (and immediate), my dogs adored her the minute she walked in the door. I had no hesitation at all to leave them in her care. I came back and my flowers were alive and my puppies were thriving. Though after taking them on a walk this morning, she may have spoiled them a little bit - one of them couldn't believe we were going home "already." So sad you're not going to be servicing Houston anymore! Thank you Khloe!
Kloe is the best! She is smart and sweet and loves dogs. When I got home it was like I never left. Thank you for giving me peace of mind while I was away!

Schedule
My current routine can be a bit chaotic - between my career as a nurse, my vet tech program, and my own personal zoo to care for - but luckily this has made me a very flexible person! I an available most week days for walks, check ins, and anything else I can provide. I will be more selective with boarding or house-sitting so I can make sure your pets get the best care possible!
