My #1 accessory is some dog hair!
I have been raised with dogs since I was born, but have had my own dogs since about 7. My family believed dogs were a great way to teach children discipline, responsibility and of course to give them a little four legged best friend. As of now I have two beautiful doggos. One who is about 9months and another that is 9 years old. Both are trained very well and super friendly, if anything they're a little spoiled haha. In addition to that I have been dog sitting other people's dogs for about 15 years. I think it's important to walk them daily, reinforce their current training throughout the day with random practices/treats and of course give them as much love as they can handle!

I have a pretty big yard that's fully fenced in, and I’m currently installing a pole to hang dog toys from so my dogs can play with it. I also have a garage that's separated from the main house which will be great if the dogs happen to need a little time to adjust. All of my dogs sleep inside. Depending on their training levels they can either be left in a crate or left to sleep freely. Each dog is different and requires different levels of care, but safety and comfort in a new environment are my main concerns.

Klarissa took care of our cat during the thanksgiving break and she did a great job. We had a happy kitty when we got home so we could tell she was well taken care off in our absence!
Klarissa is an awesome dog walker! My dog is selective and very protective, which makes it really hard for me to use dog walker or sitter. Klarissa took on the challenge. She was very patient with Copper. She is open-minded about his personality. She even watched videos about how to handle an anxious and protective dog. She worked with me and Copper until he got comfortable with her. She is very reliable and excellent with communication. She even brings her own treats and doggy bags. If you’re looking for a reliable sitter, she is the one!
Klarissa helped us out at the last minute and was great at communicating and taking care of our cat. Will definitely contact her for future sitting needs.
We are so thankful for Klarissa. We were in a pinch because our normal sitter was not available. Klarissa was quick and responsive. She arrived early and our two fur babies were in love from the jump (they don’t have great manners). Thank you for your help, we will definitely be booking again.
If your looking for a reliable, and excellent sitter for your dog this is the person! First time using Rover, and she responded quickly, and made it such a great experience. Definitely will rehire again when needed, with our check in, she offered to walk, and train our dog, and alerted us when arrived, and sent pics and videos of the experience. Mookie our bassett hound was so happy, and it made my time away so much easier. It can be so difficult at times to leave you puppy/ dog but people like her make it so much easier, and makes us feel less guilty. Thank you so much for making Mookie’s evening! We appreciate all that you did!
Klarissa is such an amazing person to work with! She always walks my dogs so punctual and is so sweet to my little ones. If you need someone that will treat someone as if your little one was hers she's your gal!

Schedule
Pet care actually fits very well into my schedule. I currently own a transportation business and I work from home. So for the most part I am here all day. As of now my routine with my own dogs is waking up at about 7am. Putting them outside, giving them breakfast, and then taking them on a walk for about an hour (both of my dogs are very energetic so an hour is good for them, however small dogs I won't walk as far). By 9am I am typically working while the dogs nap. At 6pm both of them have dinner and depending on their energy levels I'll throw a ball in the backyard or take them on another evening walk. I feed them both at the same time but never together. After that they typically lounge with me until we call it a night. The 9month dog is still in training so she sleeps in her crate (she will continue to do that until she's fully trained). My old lady on the other hand is fully trained and doesn't bark at small noises so she gets to sleep with her mom in the bed.
